sweaters

so, since it is fall and it gets cold in utah pretty quick and stays there for the next 5 months, i have been trying to find some really nice/pretty patterns. and i love bolero type cardigans, okay, i LOVE cardigans. so there are a bunch in the mix too. most of these are knitted, but i could figure out a way to crochet them, i am positive :) there are more favorited on ravelry. now i just need to find some good lightweight yarn that is warn and inexpensive. lightweight is the key though. its like the lighter you go, the more expensive it is. (why???)

crochet for the home

my grandmother has gotten so excited of all my projects i have taken on. she keeps wanting to show me hat patterns and so on. well she has a book she let me borrow that has the prettiest place mats (you could make them any size and use them for anything really) and i am going to make them. just need to find the right gold/mustard color.

      

jenna's purse

so for jenna's birthday this year, i made her a purse. her birthday was may 17. it is now july 27th and i finally just finished it yesterday. i hope she uses it and likes it :)
